Job Description

Requirements

  • Research and route incoming mail, documents, and payments to the appropriate business areas
  • Prepare, scan, index, and digitize incoming mail with accuracy and attention to detail, coding appropriately
  • Maintain productivity and image quality standards to support service expectations
  • Assist with tracking priority mail, packages, and related documentation
  • Support the team in a fast-paced environment with changing daily volumes
  • Requires frequent walking and standing throughout the workday
