Job Description
Join our team as a Digital Support Specialist II and play an important role in keeping business operations moving. As a team member you will help process incoming mail, route critical documents, and support accurate, timely handling of policy and claim correspondence across multiple lines of business.
Requirements
Research and route incoming mail, documents, and payments to the appropriate business areas
Prepare, scan, index, and digitize incoming mail with accuracy and attention to detail, coding appropriately
Maintain productivity and image quality standards to support service expectations
Assist with tracking priority mail, packages, and related documentation
Support the team in a fast-paced environment with changing daily volumes
Requires frequent walking and standing throughout the workday
