Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Digital Oil Field projects
• Proven ability to influence others and work within multi-disciplinary teams
• Direct experience overcoming technical challenges associated with software deployment and digital solutions
• Demonstrated ability in oilfield completions, well intervention, or downhole monitoring technology
• Strong sales process understanding and management
• Ability to show and deliver value to the customer
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
