Redwood Materials is seeking a Digital Transformation Lead to define and execute the EPC digital strategy, streamline workflows, and build in-house tools for seamless collaboration across design, engineering, and construction.

Requirements

  • Own and execute the EPC digital roadmap
  • Integrate external software solutions and develop internal solutions or add-ons
  • Streamline data flow and collaboration across enterprise systems
  • Increase team productivity and automated workflows by developing in-house tools using AI-augmented coding
  • Partner with EPC, Operations, and Engineering to solve workflow challenges
  • Ensure reliability, security, and scalability of digital platforms
  • Build governance, training, and adoption programs
  • Lead vendor management and system integrations
  • Serve as EPC's digital subject matter expert and advisor
