Job Description
At Dynamic Aviation, we are looking for a Digital Transformational Technical Program Manager to lead complex enterprise digital modernization initiatives across our business and operating environments. The role will be responsible for driving execution of strategic transformation programs linking enterprise platforms, infrastructure modernization, cybersecurity initiatives, cloud transformation, systems integration, automation, and operational technology solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Aviation Technology, or related technical field
  • 7+ years of experience managing large-scale technical programs or digital transformation initiatives
  • Strong technical background with experience coordinating engineering and infrastructure teams
  • Experience leading enterprise software implementations, systems integrations, or cloud transformation efforts
  • Knowledge of enterprise architecture principles, systems lifecycle management, and technical governance
  • Demonstrated ability to manage technical dependencies, risks, and cross-functional delivery teams
  • Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and organizational leadership skills
  • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced operational or mission-critical environments
  • Security clearance or ability to obtain
  • Passport and work authorization requirements to work in the US
