Job Description
Responsible for providing a supportive role to the heart-of-house in the preparation of meals, hot and cold, and the ingredients ensuring quality, consistency, and production of all food items. Produces all Dim Sum items strictly according to the recipe book.

Requirements

  • 1 year dim sum experience required
  • Previous culinary experience preferred
  • High-volume culinary operation experience preferred
