Job Description
We're looking for a Dining Room Coordinator to join our team at New Perspective Senior Living. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalency, 2+ years of experience in the serving/restaurant industry, and a passion for providing excellent customer service. In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing the dining room, training and mentoring servers, and ensuring a positive dining experience for our residents.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalency
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the serving/restaurant industry
  • Certification for the position as required by state regulations (such as ServSafe)
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing using the English language
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
