Role Overview

The Dining Room Lead is responsible for maintaining an atmosphere of 'fine dining' in the Independent Living dining room. They act in conjunction with the Dining Operations Manager, supervisors, and host/hostesses to conduct proper opening/closing procedures, ensure operations during meal periods are effectively managed, and maintain overall resident/guest satisfaction.

The main day-to-day responsibilities of the Dining Room Lead include maintaining a fine dining atmosphere, managing meal periods, and ensuring resident/guest satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Previous dining experience is strongly preferred
