Job Description
River Crest Country Club is seeking a service-driven Dining Room Manager to lead the front-of-house operations and deliver exceptional Member experiences.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Food Handlers Certification
  • CPR and First Aid Certification (provided if needed)
  • 2+ years of management experience in a country club, hotel, or restaurant environment (preferred)
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Professional communication skills both written and oral
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and late evenings
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Positive, professional, courteous, and respectful attitude toward members, guests, vendors and team members
