Job Description
River Crest Country Club is seeking a service-driven Dining Room Manager to lead the front-of-house operations and deliver exceptional Member experiences.
Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent
Food Handlers Certification
CPR and First Aid Certification (provided if needed)
2+ years of management experience in a country club, hotel, or restaurant environment (preferred)
Strong leadership skills
Professional communication skills both written and oral
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and late evenings
Professional appearance and demeanor
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Positive, professional, courteous, and respectful attitude toward members, guests, vendors and team members
