Role OverviewThe Dining Room Manager will lead daily operations in our community's restaurant, creating an incredible dining experience for residents while building lasting relationships with them. This role includes managing staff, coordinating with the kitchen team, accommodating special requests, resolving complaints, and maintaining compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
What You Will Do
Direct and manage all food and beverage staff for front-of-house operations, ensure resident satisfaction through a top-notch dining experience, and provide initial and ongoing training for dining room staff.

Requirements
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- A Food Handler Card/Serve Safe (or ability to obtain) with an understanding of kitchen and dining sanitation and food codes
- At least four (4) years of full-cycle food service experience in an upscale dining environment
- Two (2) years of supervisory or front-of-house/dining room management experience
- Previous experience in senior living is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Team player attitude, proven leadership, and skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellent customer service
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
