Role OverviewThe Dining Room Manager will ensure efficient restaurant operation and maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards. Supervise and coordinate activities of dining room personnel to provide timely and courteous service to our residents and guest.
What You Will Do
Schedule dining reservations, arrange parties or special services, greet guests, escort them to tables, provide menus, and handle complaints to ensure a great dining experience.

Requirements
- Associates degree or equivalent
- One to three years related experience and/or training
- Fine dining experience preferred
- Ability to read and interpret documents
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees
- Ability to apply good judgment in understanding to carry out instructions
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
