Direct and manage all food and beverage staff, ensure resident satisfaction, and provide initial and ongoing training for dining room staff.

Requirements
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- A Food Handler Card/Serve Safe (or ability to obtain)
- At least four (4) years of full-cycle food service experience in an upscale dining environment
