Job Description
The primary responsibility of the Food Runner is to expedite all food orders taken by the Bartenders and Cocktail Servers to the guest quickly. Responsibilities include serving food in a timely manner, ensuring food order is correct before serving guests, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Requirements

  • Serve food in a timely manner
  • Ensure food order is correct before serving guests
  • Monitor tables closely and be attentive to guests' needs
  • Carry multiple dishes (up to 3 at one time) in one hand without tray service
  • Passionately informs guests about Gordon Ramsay, his history, and current business endeavors
  • Refresh flatware after each course or upon guest request
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area/station
  • Ensure work area/station is clean and always stocked
  • Ability to work from a standing position for extended periods of time
