Role OverviewThe Dining Server is responsible for delivering an exceptional dining experience for residents and guests by providing courteous and efficient table service, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety, and ensuring dining areas are welcoming and sanitary. This role supports daily meal service as well as special events, assists with food preparation and cost control, and collaborates with team members to uphold Cedarhurst’s dining standards.
What You Will Do
Assist with catering, room service, special events, and marketing functions, ensuring smooth execution and resident satisfaction. Promptly take food and beverage orders and deliver service to residents and guests in a courteous, accurate, and efficient manner.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Up to two years of prior experience preferred, with senior living experience strongly desired
- Relevant state or county licensure preferred, with the ability to obtain licensure if required by the state in which employed
- CPR or BLS certification preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency in common digital tools and applications, including Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word), web-based platforms, electronic health record systems, and any HR-related systems as applicable
