Role OverviewThe Dining Supervisor will coordinate, plan, and organize the operation of the Dietary Department to ensure quality nutritional services are provided daily to residents. This position will be 90% cooking and meal preparation and 10% administrative tasks.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include coordinating dietary services, developing and maintaining written dietary policies, performing administrative duties, reviewing policies and procedures, and making written and oral reports to the Administrator.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of an Associate's degree, be a Certified Dietary Manager in PA, or be eligible for certification by the Dietary Managers Association. The candidate should also be able to push, pull, lift, or move a minimum of 50 lbs.
Requirements
- Minimum of an Associate's degree preferred
- Certified Dietary Manager in PA
- Graduate of an accredited course in dietetic training approved by the American Dietetic Association
- Eligible for certification by the Dietary Managers Association
- Ability to push, pull, lift, or move a minimum of 50 lbs
