Dinner Intermediate Cook - Watertable

An intermediate line cook is required to have good communication and culinary skills, with a focus on hotel cooking experience and a culinary degree. The role involves working single stations in the kitchen and requires significant supervision and training. What You Will Do

The main day-to-day responsibilities of an intermediate cook include performing all basic cooking skills, working single stations in the kitchen, and grilling and sauté station experience. The role requires a flexible schedule, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to walk long distances and stand for long periods of time.

Requirements

• California Food Handlers Certification
• 2 years of previous line experience preferred
• Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred
• Grilling Station experience required
• Able to perform all basic cooking skills
• Able to work single station in the kitchen
• Grilling and sauté station experience required
• Must be able to walk long distances and stand for long periods of time
• Must have physical stamina to lift, push, and pull moderate amounts of weight
