Job Description
As a Direct Care Lead/Behavior Tech at Telecare, you will provide rehabilitative support services for adults with developmental disabilities with challenging behavior service needs. You will work under the supervision of the Program Administrator to make a positive impact on the lives of clients.

Requirements

  • High School Graduation or G.E.D.
  • One (1) Year experience providing direct care to individuals with developmental disabilities with challenging behavior service needs.
  • Board certified as a Registered Behavior Technician within 60 days of initial employment or be a Qualified Behavior Modification Professional
  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
  • Must be CPR, First Aid, and CPI certified (hands-on course) on date of employment or prior to providing direct client care and maintain current certification throughout employment.
  • Valid and current driver’s license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver.
  • Willingness to use your personal vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups, etc. (weekly mileage reimbursement at the IRS rate)
  • Willingness to use the company vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups, etc.
