Role OverviewDirect Care Professionals support adults with developmental disabilities in a residential program, providing daily assistance and ensuring a structured routine. The role involves community outings, meal preparation, personal care, and medical appointments. What You Will Do
Provide daily assistance with activities of daily living, personal care, and medical appointments. Organize and participate in community outings, such as going to the movies, shopping, or a baseball game.

Requirements
- Be a compassionate person and enjoy making a difference in someone's life
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
- A qualifying criminal background check and driving record
- Valid driver's license; Use of your personal vehicle
- A TB screening and Physical is required upon hire and a TB update every two years after
