Job Description
Goodwill of Colorado seeks a Direct Care Provider for its Residential Services. The successful candidate will implement and maintain a Community Integration program for assigned consumers, providing intensive support services to develop their abilities for independent functioning. The position requires a High School Diploma, experience in a related field, and excellent communication and time management skills. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in a related field or equivalent combination of training and experience in a social service, counseling, or rehabilitation setting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to interact with various types of internal and external customers
  • Ability to work independently and cooperatively
  • Flexibility within established deadlines
  • Ability to relate effectively to disabled individuals and their families
  • Ability to conduct self in a professional manner and maintain a professional appearance
