REM Community Services provides community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The Direct Care Staff position involves assisting people with their personal hygiene, supporting individuals with behavioral challenges, and helping participants achieve developmental goals.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
  • Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
