Requirements
High school diploma or GED
At least 1 year of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach to care
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid Georgia Driver’s License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
Certification in CPR and First Aid
