The Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver Float provides care within their assigned residential groups, supporting clients with daily activities and promoting independence. This is a full-time, permanent position with a focus on flexible schedule and supportive employment.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of DSP/Caregiving experience with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to travel between residential homes
  • Flexible schedule
