Job Description
We're a mission-driven team providing person-centered supports to individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities and/or complex medical needs. We're looking for a Direct Support Professional / Caregiver to provide direct support and care to our residents.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a direct support professional or caregiver is preferred
  • Valid driver's license
  • Person-centered focus
  • Dependable, adaptable, flexible
  • Ability to lift and transfer
  • Positive role-model for others and able to work on a team
  • Computer skills for documentation
  • 18 years or older
  • Good communication skills
