Job Description
Direct Support Professionals, DSPs, or Caregivers provide support to individuals with developmental disabilities, empowering them to live independent lives by assisting with daily activities, accompanying them on outings, and helping them achieve personal goals.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Possess an active driver's license in good standing
  • Pass a background check
  • Complete an Adult CPR and First Aid course
  • Lift, push, and pull at least 50 pounds
  • Speak, read, and write in English
