Job Description
QSAC is a nonprofit that supports children and adults with autism and their families. The Direct Support Professional (DSP) is responsible for assisting individuals with autism while following established treatment plans.

Requirements

  • Assist individuals with developing and maintaining relationships
  • Promote and protect the health, safety, and emotional well-being of individuals
  • Implement and adhere to established treatment plans
  • Transport individuals in agency vehicles as needed
  • Maintain required certifications
  • Report problems and concerns to supervisors immediately
