Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Additional coursework or certifications in human services preferred
  • Prior experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred but not required
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow detailed care plans and work both independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record as determined by agency policies
