Role OverviewJoin a mission-driven team delivering restorative care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) in supportive, community-based settings. As a Restorative Support Professional, you will play a critical role in implementing behavioral health care plans and supporting individuals in achieving greater independence, emotional well-being, and community integration.
What You Will Do
Deliver restorative and rehabilitative services based on individual behavioral health care plans. Provide motivational, consistent, and respectful support to foster high-quality relationships. Use crisis intervention skills and offer intensive support during challenging moments.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1-2 years of experience providing rehabilitative or behavioral support to individuals with I/DD and mental health needs
- Safety Care Certification preferred (current or previous)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 25-50 lbs. (with assistance or lifting devices), and perform physical tasks such as bending, squatting, pushing/pulling, or kneeling without restriction
