Role OverviewProvide direct support to individuals in residential settings, assisting with daily activities, socialization, and skill/behavioral development. Work in a team environment to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
What You Will Do
Deliver support per individual service/program plans, assist with daily activities, and maintain accurate records. Monitor individual's health, administer medications, and prepare meals.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months of experience in human services preferred
- Valid driver's license in good standing
- Working knowledge of computers
