Role OverviewWe're seeking a Direct Support Professional to work with autistic, intellectually, and developmentally challenged individuals. As a DSP, you'll empower those in our care while supporting the Bancroft mission, vision, and core values. What You Will Do
As a Direct Support Professional, you'll carry out behavioral treatment plans, collect direct observational data, provide assistance with daily living activities, and teach daily living and functional skills to help individuals achieve personal goals.

Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver's License in the candidate's legal name and current address with one year minimum driving experience
- Minimum of six months related work experience or Bachelor's degree or current enrollment in a degree program in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
