Role OverviewWe are hiring for our children's programs, Direct Support Professionals, 2nd and 3rd shift. Direct Support Professionals will apply ABA therapy methods and techniques to teach important life skills and help children and teens achieve their goals. They will carry out ABA behavioral treatment plans and help prepare individuals to eventually transition to other residential environments.
What You Will Do
Apply ABA therapy methods, carry out ABA behavioral treatment plans, provide assistance with activities, empower children to develop skills for daily life, encourage independence through personalized plans of care, plan events and outings, communicate with residents, families, and guardians.

Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- Prior experience in a related field preferred
- Valid non-provisional Driver's License in good standing
- 60 college credits toward a degree in Special Education Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Social Work, Human Services or a related field
- Master's degree with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- BCBA certification required
- Current college students or recent graduates desired
- Prior nursing experience working with the developmentally disabled and/or the traumatically brain injured preferred
