Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated Direct Support Professional BHA to join our SPIN Team. As a Direct Support Professional BHA, you will be responsible for providing support to individuals with behavioral health needs in a compassionate and professional manner.
What You Will Do
Provide direct support to individuals with behavioral health needs, assist individuals in achieving their personal goals and improving their quality of life, collaborate with a team of professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans, and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and treatment.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Driver's license with at least one year of driving experience
- Minimum of 1 year's experience working with individuals with co-occurring disorders
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Working experience in crisis intervention, trauma-informed care and positive behavioral support approaches
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
