What You Will Do
As a DSP, you are the heart of our mission: empowering people. Your core responsibilities will include providing respectful, hands-on assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), serving as a compassionate partner, providing positive behavioral support, following person-centered support plans, and assisting with de-escalation.

Requirements
- A compassionate, patient, and encouraging attitude
- 18 years old or older
- A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and valid auto insurance
- A High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to pass a background check
