Role OverviewAs a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will provide essential support within a group home setting, helping individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) live safely, comfortably, and with dignity. What You Will Do
Support behavioral, social, and daily living skill development, assist with recreational and community activities, follow treatment plans and document progress, provide companionship and supervision, and assist with personal care needs.
