Role OverviewAbound Health is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide caregiving and daily living support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). As a DSP, you will assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), community participation, and behavioral support while helping clients live independently.
What You Will Do
As a DSP, you will provide hands-on support that helps individuals build independence and confidence. Responsibilities will include: building positive relationships and support individuals in achieving personal goals, assisting with daily living activities, supporting individuals in community participation, employment, and social activities, and encouraging independence and helping individuals develop new skills.

Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Valid driver's license, current automotive insurance, and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass criminal record, driving record, and healthcare registry checks
- Willingness to address personal care needs when necessary
- Lifting may be required, depending on client needs
