Role OverviewAs a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will provide one-on-one support in clients' homes and communities, helping individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) live safely, independently, and with dignity.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include supporting behavioral, social, and vocational skill development, assisting with recreational and community activities, following treatment plans, and providing companionship and respite care.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and active car insurance
- Ability to pass background checks
