Role OverviewProvide ongoing support to individuals with intellectual and other disabilities to ensure a high quality of life. Support individuals in daily routines, health, safety, and socialization. Implement and document treatment plans to promote independence and well-being.
What You Will Do
Provide guidance and support in self-care routines, health, safety, household chores, socialization, and overall wellbeing. Assist with medication administration, meal preparation, and transportation. Participate in meetings and implement treatment plans.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Must have the ability to communicate and understand written and oral directives/information. Must be able to physically lift and transfer individuals. Must submit a valid NYS drivers' license and maintain a qualified driver status.
