Role OverviewAs a Direct Support Professional, you'll provide hands-on care, encouragement, and advocacy for individuals with developmental disabilities and other support needs. You'll help them achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.
What You Will Do
Your core responsibilities will include personal care, daily living support, health and wellness, mobility and accessibility, behavioral and emotional support, community and social engagement, communication and advocacy, and collaboration and documentation.

Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalency diploma
- Fluent in English for client communication
- Valid New York State Driver's License with at least 2 years of driving experience
- Comfort operating a large vehicle
