Role OverviewAbound Health is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support a young non-verbal client residing in South Abington, PA. The ideal DSP will be patient, gentle, and experienced with behaviors and medication awareness.
What You Will Do
Provide hands-on support that helps the client stay safe, engaged, and comfortable throughout his day. Responsibilities include providing prompts and assistance with daily activities, supporting toileting and cleaning routines, and maintaining 24/7-level supervision during scheduled hours for safety.

The ideal candidate will be patient, gentle, and experienced with behaviors and medication awareness. Experience working with individuals with disabilities is not required, as paid training and support are provided.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass criminal record, driving record, and healthcare registry checks
- Experience with behaviors required
- Experience with medication awareness required
- Ability to support toileting, hygiene, and daily living routines
- Comfortable with dogs
