Role OverviewDungarvin is hiring experienced Direct Support Professionals for our Day Program. The role involves leading activities, teaching life skills, supporting community participation, and providing personal care and behavioral support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
What You Will Do
Coach and mentor individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities, teach and reinforce skills, support community outings, provide personal care, and use de-escalation techniques.

Requirements
- At least 6 months experience supporting adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities
- Experience providing direct support, personal care, behavioral support, or skill development
- Must be 18 years or older
- Highschool Diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a company van
- Ability to lift and transfer 50 lbs.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn electronic documentation systems
- Strong reading, writing, and communication skills for documentation, support plans, and team communication
