Lead cooking, art, music, recreation, and life-skills activities, provide personal care, behavioral support, and teach life skills.

Requirements
- At least 6 months experience supporting adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities
- Experience providing direct support, personal care, behavioral support, or skill development
- Must be 21 years or older
- Highschool Diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a company van
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn electronic documentation systems
- Strong reading, writing, and communication skills for documentation, support plans, and team communication
- Ability to lift and transfer 50 lbs.
- Dependable, adaptable, proactive, engaged, patient
- Teamwork and ability to work in small groups as part of a larger group
