Role OverviewDungarvin is hiring experienced Direct Support Professionals to support adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities in a hands-on setting. The role involves leading activities, teaching life skills, and providing personal care and behavioral support.
What You Will Do
Coach and mentor individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities, teach and reinforce skills, support community outings, provide personal care, and report on daily outcomes.

Requirements
- At least 6 months experience supporting adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities
- Experience providing direct support, personal care, behavioral support, or skill development
- Must be 18 years or older
- Highschool Diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a company van
- Ability to lift and transfer 50 lbs.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn electronic documentation systems
- Strong reading, writing, and communication skills for documentation, support plans, and team communication
