Role OverviewAbound Health is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide caregiving and daily living support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). As a DSP, you will assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), community participation, and behavioral support while helping clients live independently.
What You Will Do
Provide hands-on support that helps individuals build independence and confidence. Responsibilities include building positive relationships, assisting with daily living activities, supporting community participation, and encouraging independence.

Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Valid driver's license, current automotive insurance, and reliable transportation
