Role OverviewAlay Home Care is seeking compassionate and reliable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in achieving independence and improving their quality of life. As a DSP, you will provide hands-on assistance, emotional support, and community engagement.
What You Will Do
Assist individuals with daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, support clients in community integration and social activities, administer medication (if certified), maintain accurate documentation and progress notes, implement individualized care plans, and ensure a safe and supportive environment.
