Role OverviewWe are seeking compassionate individuals for Direct Support Professional (DSP) roles to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) live happy, independent lives. This role is designed for students, semi-retired and active seniors, busy parents and caregivers, and supplemental income seekers.
What You Will Do
As a DSP, you will be a bridge to the community, offering friendship, conversation, and encouragement, helping individuals learn new skills, pursue their personal goals, and engage with their community, and assisting with daily living activities, health, and safety.

Requirements
- Age: Must be 18 years or older.
