Job Description
As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) Float, you will provide fill in or substitute coverage at any assigned service site, assisting people with disabilities achieve a variety of outcomes and providing normalization/community integration. You will work directly with individuals to support their health and safety, provide medication administration, and encourage them to achieve their personal goals.

Requirements

  • Excitement for working with adults with disabilities
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Good communication skills
  • Valid Drivers License
  • Comfortable driving company vehicles to transport persons served
  • A successful background clearance
