Job Description
Role Overview

Provide on-the-job support and training to adults with disabilities at community work site. Analyze job tasks and develop appropriate training techniques for those tasks. Provide written reports and information on each individual served. Supervise the daily operation of job sites consistent with the requirements of the program.

What You Will Do

Key responsibilities include communication, maintaining accurate records, using case-management software, observing and recording work performance, developing and providing services based on individual goals, and tracking progress in achieving outcomes.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Current, valid driver's license and a driving record that demonstrates safe, legal driving habits
  • Compliance with DHS (Department of Human Services) Rule 11 and Rise MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) background checks required
  • Demonstrate good time management skills
  • Ability to run complex work sites independently
