Role OverviewAlay Home Care is an operational provider of DDD that supports individuals with developmental disabilities by providing direct support staff in home and community settings. We can face consumers with their current staff across the state, providing services to ALL counties in NJ! Our mission is to empower individuals with developmental disabilities to establish and achieve life goals being self-directed, healthy, and living a meaningful life.
What You Will Do
Care for daily life activities, provide companionship, tutoring, community support, behavioral support, and medication administration.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid CPR/First Aid certification
- Training: College of Direct Support - Online classes for DDD certifications
