Role OverviewProvides direct personal care, behavioral support, and supervision to individuals with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) in a small, non-institutionalized living arrangement. Promotes independence, empowers choice, and emphasizes person-centeredness.
What You Will Do
Assist with activities of daily living, follow safety guidelines, and implement individualized behavioral support plans. Communicate with other staff to ensure the needs of each individual are met.

Requirements
- 6 months of prior experience providing direct care to individuals with developmental disabilities
- Become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) within 12 months of initial employment
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 21 years of age
- Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
- DSP 1 & 2 Certification
- RBT Certification (preferred)
- Adult CPR/First Aid Certification
- CPI Non-Violent Crisis Intervention Certification
- Ability to successfully obtain a fingerprint clearance from Community Care Licensing
- Current health screening and TB test (or ability to obtain promptly)
- Valid State ID
