Direct Support Professional First Shift -1:1

Northeast Arc is seeking a compassionate and reliable Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide 1:1 direct care and support to an individual in the Burlington area. This role is dedicated to supporting one individual with daily activities, personal goals, skill development, community inclusion, and overall quality of life.

What You Will Do

Provide individualized 1:1 direct care and support in home and community settings. Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal care, grooming, mobility support, and other individualized needs. Support the individual in achieving personal goals, building independence, and developing life skills.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Human Services experience preferred
• Experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred
• Valid Massachusetts Driver's License required
• Reliable transportation required
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and provide physical assistance as needed
• Current CPR/First Aid and MAP certifications preferred
• Ability to obtain and maintain all required certifications
