Job Description
CRJ is hiring Direct Support Professionals to support individuals with disabilities. The position involves assisting with daily tasks, teaching new skills, and providing a positive role model. Opportunities for career advancement and professional development are available.
Requirements
Helping with Preparation of meals, cleaning and organization, helping with laundry, assisting individuals with bathing, toileting and dressing.
Support and teach client new skills including, but not limited to, specific goals in the clients’ Individual Service Plan
Acting as a positive role model for the client to support attaining the highest quality of life while maintaining their safety in all settings.
Administering medications and completing appropriate documentation in a timely manner, such as: progress notes, weekly summaries, and attendance
