Requirements
Provide support and care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, and mental health challenges
Foster a safe environment and create a trust-filled space for individuals
Administer medications, assist with meal preparation, transportation, and housekeeping
Supervise daily activities and support individuals with personal care, life skills, and social activities
Work closely with a team of compassionate professionals and remain awake and accessible in homes requiring round-the-clock care
